Reading passage/section

The first people to live in North America are called Native Americans. Native Americans had their own culture. They made many things using their hands. A bow, arrow, net, and canoe were used to hunt and to fish.

Craftworks like baskets and pottery were used to store crops such as corn. Native Americans also had their style of dress, their own dances, and their own art culture.

There were many Native American groups (tribes) living in North America before Europeans came. Native Americans helped them settle in many ways. Europeans and the Native Americans affected each other.
